Should you wish to make constructive or critical comments on the services provided by this practice please speak or write to the practice manager or leave your comments at reception.


We endeavour to provide the best service possible at all times. However, there may be occasions when you wish to express your dissatisfaction with this service. We have an in-house complaints procedure and all complaints should be addressed to the practice manager who will ensure that it is investigated thoroughly and as speedily as possible.

Please note that the practice observes strict adherence to the rule of medical confidentiality and we cannot provide confidential information without appropriate authority if you are not the patient in question.
