Receptionists
The reception staff assist in the efficient day to day running of the practice and support the services we provide. When you telephone the surgery the receptionist may ask you a few questions. They have been trained to make these enquires so that we can help you in the most appropriate way. Reception staff are here to help but their job is very demanding, and they are very busy, so we ask that you please be patient.
